Our Team

After nearly 20 years of experience marketing and designing benefits plans for two major insurers and a regional benefits consultant, Bryan E. Neely formed Neely & Company in March 2004.  With a mission of “bringing professional consultation, and guidance to the small and emerging business market”, Neely & Company has quickly built a clientele based on integrity and service.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Neely & Company enjoys client relationships throughout the southern tier of states from Arizona to North Carolina.  Our firm has a “controlled growth” strategy to insure that our high level of personal service is never compromised.

Neely & Company believes firms that endeavor to be “experts” in a broad scope of services risk providing sub-par consultation to their clients.  Therefore, as we’ve grown, Neely & Company has established strategic alliances with firms that provide services outside of our core business platform.  Bringing firms together with different core competencies enhances the knowledge base and guidance provided to our clients.
